Beautiful Scream Queen Jennifer Day talks about her Psoro experience!
“Wow, what a wild ride! I just finished filming my role as Juliet, the tragic drug addict-alcoholic-hooker who desperately wants a better life. This character was intense because while she must prepare herself to be sexy and beautiful for her “John” waiting in the next room, she is heartbroken that the love of her life left her because she won’t quit her “job”. She’s captivating and endearing because even though she wants to quit with every fiber of her being, “the itch for money and love is too much”, it drives her”.
“I have to say it was a great experience portraying this character. I got to play dress up in my sexy lingerie, stockings and high heels, and get emotional in the same scene. Not too shabby for Miss Scream Queen of PSORO. Oh, and did I mention my dress may have slipped off at the beginning of the scene? You’ll have to see the film to find out what I’m wearing…and what I’m not. LOL! Lots of love to all my fans, thank you for supporting me. See you on the silver screen! And on TV of course, Tivo/DVR my name to watch Jennifer Day TV every week. Kisses!”

Andy C Saxton joins the Psoro team as music and score composer
Our objective is to gather as many creative minds together in order to collaborate on this project, which is why we were very pleased to welcome music creative Andy C Saxton.
Andy C Saxton is a music composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist from the UK.
In his music career he has played with many big names in the industry, most recently opening for Bon Jovi at London’s O2 Arena.
Andy is an IMDB listed composer completing work for The UK Film Council, B3 Media, Lightening Productions & Progression Media; aswell as various websites and sound libraries.
Also If you are a fan of the bass guitar then make sure to checkout his bass skills on YouTube, where he has a huge following and a solo (self produced) Bass Album for sale!
“I am very happy to be joining the PSORO team,
i’ve been looking for a project like this for some time now.
PSORO will enable me to delve deeper into the darker side of score composing.
I can’t wait to get stuck in and add that extra musical layer to PSORO!”
Andy C Saxon.
Final Psoro poster is revealed!
From early stages in this project we wanted to have exactly four very distinct and meaningful posters made.
When the production of the final poster came there wasn’t any other artist to approach, but the very creative and talented Steve Simmons.
Steve has been a professional illustrator for over sixteen years and provided many illustrations, concept art, storyboards and animation to clients all over the world, including LiarDice Films, of which three projects have been penned by his hand.
Below is the gradual black and white rough progression of Psoro’s final poster artwork, followed by a few words from Steve himself and then the finished piece!
“This was a very intriguing project. I had done a previous poster for Wayne ‘One Last Hit‘
Psoro is a totally different sort of idea and needed a different approach. Wayne wanted an 80′s retro feel to the work.which was very interesting being a teenager of the 80′s and growing up with Video horror.
I set about painting some Black and White roughs. We came to a conclusion very quickly on which one was the way to go. I then painted up the full colour artwork based on the B&W rough. I have always admired old painted movie posters. I love the vintage work of Saul Bassand am a massive fan of the golden days of Drew Struzen.Maybe one day the fully hand painted movie posters will return to our cinemas and make our film going experience that much richer.”
-Steve Simmons
Look closely and notice if you can see the face of actress Jennifer Day!

Psoro lead Lucas Hansen speaks of his experience
After months of preparation and three days of intense shooting, Lucas Hansen speaks of his experience in filming the UK scenes of Psoro.
“From the moment I heard about ‘Psoro’ and the part as the heroin junkie I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of ASAP, and after the audition process and getting to know the script then it was everything i expected – The experience was great! Wayne and Paul knew what they were doing and what vision the wanted so working together was smooth
The heroin Junkie spoke to me and found him within myself right away. I have always been fascinated by this kinda a character and what got him to where he was today, and why he acted out in his way.
for me it all came from psychological pain, and how much worse that feels than physical pain. I can identify to wanting to escape that at all costs. He chose heroin. but dig deep enough and we all have certain things we are utterly ashamed off and things we do to escape those emotional scars. And after we all have to deal with that hangover of mistreating ourselves to get that moment where we just feel peace away from the world and ourselves
for me it was just a matter of converting all his emotional baggage and addictions and misfits in to my own life experiences and somehow transform my behavior into his – he had created his own world and locked himself away from anything outside it – I think we all do once in a while. I sure do, – on a daily basis
at the end of the day we all just wanna be loved…………. I think??

‘Hollywood’ Ruben Navarro cast in Psoro
The Psoro team are proud to introduce rising action star ‘Hollywood’ Ruben Navarro, who will be playing alongside Tim DAX
”First of all thank you to LiarDice Films, Graphic Delusions and Slice of Americana Films on casting me in Psoro. I worked with Sid Kali on two of his movies ‘Consignment‘ and ‘In with Thieves‘. Had good time playing the roles he had written for me and worked with some talented actors and crew.
I grew up with Sid in Southern California and we’ve lived a crazy life in our days. So when he came to me to play parts I could relate I was all in. Now I got this part in Psoro as the MAN IN THE PANAMA HAT (shaaaaw!). Sid came a long way from the streets of So Cal. We’re working on movies with people in the U.K. Help me fulfill a dream of mine by watching any movie I’m in”.
- Ruben Navarro

Jennifer Day lands role as Psoro Scream Queen!
Jennifer Day is an internationally known actress and pop singer. She has starred in 18 feature films, and most well known for her lead role in the psychological thriller “TRUNK”, winner of Best Film Award at The Valley Film Festival 2009. Look for her upcoming film “Showstopper”, a classic “whodunit” murder mystery co-starring with Steven Bauer (Scarface, Traffic) this fall, 2011.
Jennifer about PSORO:
“I am thrilled to be a part of this excitingly gore-tastic film (and I’m sure a cult hit) PSORO. Being cast as a scream queen is a coveted spot for actresses in this horror genre, and I’m jumping in with both feet. I love any opportunity to get sexy for my fans! It’s such a terrifying movie, I’m already so scared I can’t stop screaming! You won’t be able to keep your eyes open…and I’ll make sure you won’t want to close them…hint hint.
“
xx Jennifer Day

“I’m Tim DAX, a fresh face in Hollywood taking my place one step at a time. Confident, Physical, Connected, Tattooed.
When a movie has mental gore horror, scream queens and a production crew great enough to want Tim DAX aboard… I have good feelings; lets call it an itch that this will be a flick to see. For the fans… I appreciate where their hearts are. Pumped to work on Psoro’s with Sid Kali, Wayne Daniells and crew. Thank you! Support indie film!”
